  • My pottery you can put in the oven, don’t take it out of the freezer or frig and immediately put in the oven. Thermal shock is a thing and your pottery piece won’t survive to long.

    Usual baking temps I use 350 to 375

    Baked a quiche. 450 for 15 mins and then 375 for 25. Came out perfect… 😁

  • The broiler is a No No ……Most temps when broiling are over 500 degrees …. Again a thermal shock thing.
